TalentEdu was established by a small team who have worked within both executive search firms and directly for universities in the UK and overseas. Through working with different senior stakeholders across numerous universities came the same message; a different approach to recruitment was needed.
At the core of their ethos is proactively reaching out to and remove barriers for underrepresented groups due to gender, race, LGBTQ+, religion, ability as well as working parents and carers.
