Overview

TalentEdu was established by a small team who have worked within both executive search firms and directly for universities in the UK and overseas. Through working with different senior stakeholders across numerous universities came the same message; a different approach to recruitment was needed.

At the core of their ethos is proactively reaching out to and remove barriers for underrepresented groups due to gender, race, LGBTQ+, religion, ability as well as working parents and carers.

In addition to their digital presence, we also designed print collateral and marketing material on behalf of TalentEdu. This came in the form of a logo refresh, professional business cards and a brochure detailing the recruitment process to hand out to prospective universities.

Recruitment Website

We designed and developed a bespoke website with the ability for users to be able to search for careers listings from sponsored universities in an attractive and engaging layout. The website is mobile responsive, allowing users to search jobs wherever they may be.

Built in WordPress, the content management framework allows for easy management of new and current job listings, with the ability to also create exciting new landing pages for prospective employees and stakeholders alike.

University Sites

Another arm of TalentEdu’s offering is to provide universities with attractive websites to headhunt talented, higher level individuals. The websites are each built on WordPress, and feature customisable theme options to tailor to each university’s branding.
