In a Nutshell…

We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced digital agency environment, leading exciting website projects from concept through to launch. This role is based at our Rugby office Monday-Wednesday and from home on Thursday and Fridays.

You’ll be the driving force behind seamless project delivery – balancing timelines, budgets, and client expectations while collaborating closely with our designers, developers, and marketing specialists. Acting as the central point of contact for clients, you’ll build strong relationships, ensure clear communication, and keep everything moving forward smoothly.

If you thrive on juggling multiple projects, love bringing structure to creative processes, and enjoy working in a collaborative, digital-first environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Please note that applicants must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK at the time of application and for the duration of employment. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship now or in the future for this role, and proof of eligibility will be required.

The Interview Process:

01 First, we’ll get to know you on a brief chat. Don’t be shy, we don’t bite!
02 If we think you might be a good fit, we might issue a small practical brief. This shouldn’t take long, but we’d like to know you can walk the walk!
03 We’ll go over with you about your practical task, tie up any loose ends in terms of questions, and then you’ll hear from us!

The Adao Life

We work in an open plan office and because we are a full-service agency, the marketing team gets to collaborate with developers and designers on a lot of creative projects. It also means that we get to know the whole team well (and often have lighthearted battles about whose turn it is on the playlist).

Team members typically view each other as both friends and colleagues, and treats are frequently circulating, though some might argue, perhaps a bit too generously!

Despite our current hybrid work setup, we strive to maintain strong connections among teams. This involves daily stand-up calls, optional ‘post-work debrief’ sessions, and monthly company highlight meetings. The ideal candidate is expected to work three days a week (Monday to Wednesday) at our Rugby office.

As a close-knit bunch, we love to do stuff together such as go for lunch, celebrate absolutely nothing with after-work drinks, go to gigs, have picnics in the park playing rounders or cricket and the bosses even treat us all to a yearly company adventure!

There is also training for the hospitality industry, encouragement of individuals to grow for career development and monthly 1-2-1 meetings to ensure you feel valued and listened to – we really do care for the people who work here!
